Exchange Policy:
– You can exchange your product within 7 days of delivery.
– The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags attached.
– Exchange is allowed for size or defect issues only.
– Courier charges (both ways) will be borne by the customer.
Return Policy:
– Returns are accepted only if you receive a damaged or wrong product.
– Inform us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel.
– Refunds will be processed after quality check via bank transfer or wallet.
Note:
– Sale or discounted items cannot be exchanged or returned.
– Delivery charges are non-refundable.
